One month and counting!!

Hi Everyone!

So...I'm not good at this...lol. But I figure that it's the best way to keep all of you up to date on my Spain adventures. =) I'm making it my New Year's resolution to update this at least once a month for the time that I'm overseas..so it WILL happen. =)

I am SO SO SO excited to be leaving for Spain in ONE MONTH. Lara and I fly out on January 29th, and will be interning as short term missionaries for six months in Murcia, on the southern coast of Spain. I feel like I have been preparing for this trip for a ridiculously long time, and am so ready to just go! God has blessed me beyond belief, and I cant wait to see how He works during our time there. We will be working with Mary and Rafael Restrepo, starting a new church in the coastal town of San Javier. I can't wait to meet new people, practice my Spanish, and share the hope that Christ has given me with others.

One of my greatest blessings has been getting to know my fellow missionary, and 'travel buddy', Lara. It's so awesome to have someone to share this experience with! She's pretty cool i guess. ;)

Thanks so much for your prayers and support! Please continue to pray that everything would go smoothly as we finish the last leg of preparation for our trip. God is good, and He is in complete control. Viva Espana! =)
